Belfast – hybrid (2 days WFH pw)

Summary of the Role
We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation’s applications team on a temporary 11 month contract (with strong potential for a permanent role).
This IT Support Analyst role is ideally suited to someone with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, a self starter with a proactive approach to learning. This role would be ideal for someone with a solid foundation of IT Support experience and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve applications support tickets to the business, including investigation and resolution of system issues
- Manage system administration tasks including user access, security, and ongoing maintenance
- Analyse data to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities
- Oversee data management processes, ensuring data integrity and governance of key master data
- Maintain and update helpdesk records and process documentation knowledge bases
- Assist in the development of training materials and deliver end-user training where required
Criteria
- 1+ years IT Service Desk / IT Support experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills (in house support role but lots of interaction with end users)
- IT Degree
