Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Set up rooms each morning, complete risk assessments, and ensure all materials and activities are prepared to meet the plans for the day.
- Help organize and take part in activities, ensuring you are well-prepared for your assigned tasks.
- Conduct and update observations of individual children to support their development.
- Work closely with the room leader and other staff members to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Keep parents informed about their childs development and encourage their active participation in the nursery experience.
- Handle all information regarding children, families, and staff with the utmost discretion and adhere to child protection guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, maintain equipment, and create a safe, stimulating environment for children.
- Be proactive in updating your training and assisting in curriculum planning and special events.
