Opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new 2-bed children’s home (ages 6–17) with a well-established provider (6 homes already running). You’ll take ownership of the set-up, Ofsted registration, and day-to-day leadership , driving safeguarding, compliance, and positive outcomes.

Requirements~ Level 5 (or working towards)~ RM or strong Deputy ready to step up~3+ years children’s residential experience~ Strong Ofsted, safeguarding & compliance knowledge~ Confident leading a new service from the ground up
