Lead the integration of acquisitions and large tender wins, ensuring services are embedded successfully.Drive continuous improvement across complex, multi‑site services at a regional and national level.Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver quality, compliance and performance.Support due diligence and post‑integration activity as part of our growth strategy.Maintain Voyage Care’s position at the forefront of quality care provision.Stay ahead of regulatory and external changes, ensuring learning is cascaded effectively.Occasionally provide direct care support, ensuring first‑hand understanding of service delivery.This role involves regular nationwide travel and overnight stays – a full UK driving licence is essential.

A strong background in service improvement, quality or operations.Strong communication, analytical and commercial skills.A flexible, solutions‑focused mindset.A genuine passion for improving outcomes for the people we support.
