You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality aftercare, troubleshooting hearing aids, and supporting audiologists in day‑to‑day operations.
Deliver empathetic, patient‑centred support to help patients adjust to hearing aids. Maintain accurate patient records and follow data protection requirements.
