Delivering strategic transformation programmes across the business Working closely with senior stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes and business priorities Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement across key initiatives Supporting organisational change and helping embed new processes and ways of working Translating complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions Providing project updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams
