Provide clinical and operational leadership across the mental health unit Lead and oversee clinical governance , including audits, risk management, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives Manage and develop the nursing workforce, including recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
