We’re supporting a client seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer to support the successful delivery of capital projects from construction through to final handover.

This is a hands-on, site-based role working across multiple operational sites, ensuring assets are commissioned safely, compliantly, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support pre-commissioning & commissioning activities through to operational handover Review contractor commissioning plans, RAMS & technical documentation Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations Resolve site-based technical issues and support Project Managers with delivery targets Attend FATs & SATs where required Support plant testing, sign-off & performance verification Ensure commissioning and close-out documentation is accurate and complete Participate in project meetings, design reviews & technical investigations

About You~ Degree-qualified Engineer (or equivalent experience)~10+ years’ industrial experience, ideally with an Electrical or ICA bias~ Strong commissioning and project delivery experience~ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon & Cornwall, Bristol~ Process industry experience desirable
