We’re looking for a Engineering manager to join a well-established, scaled consumer business with a large and growing engineering function. This is a company that takes engineering seriously, teams own what they build end to end, which means you’ll drive technical excellence and team performance
Lead a squad of engineers and specialists, managing performance, providing coaching, and supporting career development. Take ownership of technical decisions within the squad, ensuring alignment with wider engineering and company strategy. Work with the Product Manager to set OKRs, co-lead quarterly and annual planning, and drive prioritisation to achieve goals. Identify risks and blockers early, communicating progress against OKRs and KPIs to relevant stakeholders. Foster a healthy, positive team culture and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (UX, Data, Product).
