Our Process Engineers are dedicated to driving manufacturing excellence through innovative process improvements and equipment optimisation. We leverage engineering expertise to enhance product quality, efficiency, and sustainability, actively participating in APQP teams and implementing cutting edge solutions to minimise waste and maximise operational efficiency. Our mission is to continuously improve plant processes, layouts, and equipment to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety while exceeding customer expectations.
Participate in APQP Team as Process Engineering representative. Develop new production methods using engineering fundamentals. Develop and implement new production equipment to improve quality of product, improve efficiency and reduce scrap. Formulate, update and enter Bill of Materials software system. Develop plant layout to improve process flow and maximise material handling. Develop the PFMEA, DFM/A and other engineering disciplines if specified by the customer. Update lessons learned database Analyse plant processes, design and implement improvements. Maintain quality and safety standards are upheld.
BS in Engineering or High School diploma Industrial Process related experience. Automotive plant experience desired but not required. Proficient in AutoCAD.
