As Senior Quality Engineer , you’ll be the driving force behind our production quality management systems , ensuring our products not only meet—but exceed—customer and regulatory expectations.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with design, production, and supply chain teams , embedding a culture of quality across the operational business and helping shape how quality is delivered as the organisation continues to grow.
Lead and develop production quality assurance processes aligned to ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards Drive root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Analyse quality metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior leadership Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality matters Partner with engineering teams on DFMEA / PFMEA to pre‑empt potential failures Support audits, approvals, and quality improvement plans Line manage and develop quality inspectors and colleagues , supporting technical and professional growth
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) Or equivalent experience gained on the job Significant, hands‑on experience in a batch manufacturing quality role , ideally within electro‑mechanical production Proven capability in problem‑solving, statistical analysis, and process optimisation Ambition to progress into a broader quality management role
Planning & organising with agility Strong customer focus and commercial awareness Continuous improvement mindset and data‑led decision making
5 days per week on‑site~ Permanent role
