Take a leading role in system-level testing, validation strategies, and performance optimisation Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to validation Remain hands-on in complex technical challenges, particularly around system performance and integration Contribute to NPI and development programmes, ensuring robust and efficient routes to deployment Engage with customers and partners on technically complex projects where required
