Coordinate and oversee the integrated master programme with the main contractor and key stakeholders· Ensure alignment between construction activities and operational scope requirements· Act as the programme focal point, providing challenge and assurance on contractor submissions· Monitor and drive delivery against the 21 key Project Management Instructions (PMIs) to ensure on-time completion· Lead programme reviews, progress validation, and performance reporting· Identify, analyse and mitigate programme risks, delays, and dependencies· Support the commercial team through programme input on compensation events· Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (planning, updating, and analysis)· Proven experience on major construction projects, ideally factory builds, industrial, or large-scale fit-outs· Demonstrable NEC contract experience, including early warnings and compensation events· Experience working across both client and contractor environments· Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and operational integration· Experience working with tier 1 main contractors· Contract Details· This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a landmark industrial project, ensuring programme integrity and driving successful delivery from build through to operational readiness.
