A successful secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Reading Tutor to deliver targeted reading interventions to students across KS3 and KS4 from September 2026. This rewarding role involves working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to improve reading fluency, comprehension, confidence, and overall literacy attainment. The Role:
- Deliver structured reading interventions to students across Years 7–11
- Support students with reading fluency, comprehension, and literacy skills
- Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
Candidate Requirements:
- A graduate from a leading university
- Passionate about literacy and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, encouraging, and organised
- Previous tutoring, mentoring, or literacy support experience is desirable
