We’re looking for experienced Data Scientists / ML Scientists with strong hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems in production environments. This is not a research-only role — we need candidates who have shipped real-world AI solutions at scale. Key Experience Required:• Strong commercial experience with Agentic AI• Building and deploying LLM-powered systems into production• AI agents, orchestration, multi-step reasoning, and tool usage• LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks• RAG pipelines and retrieval systems• MCP-style architectures / FastAPI / orchestration patterns• Production-grade Python development• Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) Ideal Background:• Experience working on SaaS or B2B AI products• Strong product mindset with ownership mentality• Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments• Ability to clearly explain deployed Agentic AI solutions in detail
