Develop high-quality technical design packages and construction details specifically for the retrofit and adaptive reuse of existing urban structures. Implement innovative "fabric first" strategies to improve the thermal performance and energy efficiency of complex legacy buildings. BIM Management: Lead the coordination of complex models in Revit, ensuring seamless integration between existing building surveys and new architectural interventions.
