What you’ll be doing (mix of operational + clinical): Supporting the Radiology Manager with day-to-day operational oversight Staffing support and departmental coordination Clinical leadership and maintaining patient care standards Training & development of radiographers Audit, governance, compliance & risk assessments Radiation protection , H&S and infection control Supporting new equipment implementation and service development

Requirements HCPC registered Radiographer Senior/supervisory/managerial experience Strong communication + organisation Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
