We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team, taking ownership of supplier contracts and commercial relationships across a key portfolio within our mobile infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager include:
- Own end-to-end supplier relationships (from sourcing to exit)
- Lead contract governance and ensure compliance with our frameworks
- Run tenders, negotiations, and contract awards with stakeholders
- Drive cost savings, pricing optimisation, and efficiency improvements
- Draft and manage contracts in partnership with Legal
- Manage change control, risks, and commercial disputes (up to Director level)
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive corrective action
- Maintain accurate contract and pricing records
- Support audits and deliver commercial reporting and insight
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including shareholder groups
- Bring external market insight to improve commercial outcomes
The successful Commercial Manager will have:
- Experience managing complex supplier contracts and frameworks
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of contract law and commercial risk
- Experience working in telecommunications or similar complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- MCIPS or equivalent commercial qualification
