Role Description:
The Sales Advisor plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Kinly’s mission. This role focuses on consultative sales, effective communication, and strengthening the Kinly value proposition for clients and prospects. It offers hands‑on experience in pipeline management, stakeholder collaboration, and sales techniques. The position holder will report to their Sales Team Lead on the following responsibilities.
This is a fully remote position open to applicants across the UK.
Working hours available include:
- Weekday shifts: 12:00pm–3:00pm and 6:00pm–8:00pm
- Weekend shifts: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Flexible scheduling available within these hours, including evenings, weekends, or a combination of both
- Alternate weekend availability welcomed
- Minimum 20 hours per week – Maximum 27 hours per week
Applicants should be able to commit to agreed working hours on a consistent basis
Key Responsibilities :
- Speaking with warm leads (in and outbound) on a consultative sales basis
- Communicate clearly and confidently, building trust and rapport
- Manage objections, complaints and complex customer scenarios with due care and professionalism
- Balance productivity with doing the right thing for our customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Nurture customer relationships from their first interaction and beyond
Qualifications :
- Strong alignment with Kinly’s mission and social impact focus
- Previous experience in a customer facing role desired but not essential
- Previous experience with Hubspot desired but not essential
