Sponsorship Sales Manager – Legal events

Central London – Hybrid

Up to £55k + Uncapped Commission

We’re working with a global leader in B2B conferences and networking events, renowned for delivering high-quality, content-driven experiences for senior executives across specialist professional sectors. With over 50 years of success and a reputation for innovation, this business continues to shape professional communities through market-leading international events.

They are now seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their London team, focused on driving sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of events within the legal and professional services space.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience selling into the legal sector – whether through event sponsorship, media, technology, SaaS, data, consultancy, or other professional services solutions.

The Role

As Sponsorship Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing and growing commercial partnerships across a portfolio of international conferences and networking events focused on the legal sector.

You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers from law firms, legal tech providers, consultancy businesses, and professional service organisations to develop tailored sponsorship and lead generation solutions that align with their commercial objectives.

The role combines strategic business development with relationship management, offering the opportunity to work across high-level events that bring together influential leaders and innovators from across the legal landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell high-value sponsorship and partnership packages across international legal-focused conferences and events
  • Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders (prominently General Counsel) across legal, legal tech, consultancy, and professional services organisations
  • Identify and win new business while growing existing strategic accounts
  • Develop a strong understanding of market trends, client challenges, and commercial opportunities within the legal sector
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Create tailored sponsorship solutions aligned to client objectives and audience engagement goals
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through a consultative, value-led sales approach

About You

We’re looking for a commercially driven sales professional who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and understands how to sell consultative solutions into the legal or professional services space.

You’ll likely bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, media, events, legal tech, SaaS, or professional services sales
  • Experience selling into law firms/general counsel, legal service providers, or professional services environments in the legal sector
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach to sales
  • High levels of commercial awareness, ambition, and drive
