Senior Business Development Manager/Engineer

Work Model: Remote with Travels to the Clients’ sites

Location: UK

Full-time, permanent role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across target industries (Energy, O&G, Renewables, EPC, CPG)
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Execute regional sales strategy and consistently achieve revenue targets within Benelux and UK region
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (technical, commercial, procurement)
  • Position the organization as a strategic engineering partner
  • Promote engineering service capabilities, including: Process & plant engineering , FEED & detailed engineering, Brownfield / revamp projects
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams on proposals and client solutions

Requirements

  • 8–20 years of experience in engineering services sales / business development
  • Strong track record within Energy, O&G, Renewables, EPC, or Process/Plant Engineering sectors
  • Proven experience selling into Benelux and UK markets
  • Solid understanding of:

-Process plant lifecycle

-EPC/EPCM models

-FEED, detailed engineering, brownfield projects, digital engineering

  • Experience with proposals, commercial negotiations, and complex sales cycles
  • Confidently engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Fluent English; willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline

Preferred

  • Existing network in Benelux / UK energy or engineering ecosystem
  • Exposure to offshore/global delivery models
  • Familiarity with digital engineering solutions
