This is a rare opportunity for an HR professional to pivot into Executive Search and leverage their expertise as part of a planned succession to Senior Partner.
As part of the HR Practice, you will transition from an in-house environment to a high-impact search and advisory role, partnering with diverse clients to solve their most organisational leadership challenges. We are seeking an ambitious professional, with 8-10 years’ experience, to join at the Principal level with a view to an accelerated growth and development. With dedicated mentorship from the Senior Partners, you will be fast-tracked to become a recognized thought leader and trusted advisor, finding the HR talent that powers global organizations.
The Role and Focus
This is a dynamic, client-facing position where your expertise can influence the leadership decisions of major global organisations.
· Senior HR Talent: The primary focus is on knowing the International Senior HR talent market and helping clients make the best choices for their HR Leadership team. We’re seeking individuals with a deep understanding of HR and strong judgement skills to build search strategies, find, evaluate talent and advise clients to make the best choices.
· Functional Expertise: You will play a key role in expanding the HR practice’s brand and reputation with a relentless focus on excellence across the candidate and client experience. Additionally, you will build deep knowledge of the HR function’s impact across different industries and international markets, serving as a core source of internal expertise.
· Excellence of Execution: For the initial 2-3 years, this will be a hands-on research and transacting role as you gain knowledge of the talent pool and build your external networks. Whilst supporting two members, and under their personal mentorship, you will have the opportunity to grow your breadth of knowledge and become known in the HR talent market.
· Succession Planning: The ideal candidate will bring energy and strong interest in business development, building candidate relationships and contributing to the practice’s long-term succession strategy. It is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate HR practitioner to learn the business, broaden their knowledge across industries and build relationships internally and within the HR market.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have 8-10 years in various internal HR roles, e.g. Business Partner, Talent Management or other HR roles where you have observed and enjoyed the impact of HR on your internal client and have the following attributes:
· An interest in the impact and challenges faced by the Chief Human Resources Function across industries
· A relentless curiosity regarding the current impact of HR, as well as its evolution into the future way of working
· Derive personal satisfaction from solving organisational challenges through people-related solutions having already demonstrated impact by advising internal clients
· A person who is highly motivated by building relationships, listens to learn and has the tenacity to find the best solutions
· A professional driven by the results of placing people in right roles who recognises the value of talent assessment and development to drive organisational performance.
