The package?
- £48,000 – 52,000 basic salary
- Uncapped monthly bonus + profit share = averages from £1000 – 1700 (Guaranteed £800 a month bonus as you get settled in)
- Off the tools & decide your schedule – likely 60% in office or home, 40% overseeing on site
- Company Van + fuel card
- Only have to travel within a 25 mile radius (from HQ in Reading)

Experience?
