A leading National firm is seeking a Contentious Probate Partner in Birmingham to play a key role in the growth of its established office.
This is a strategic hire, offering a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing team, build on an existing client base, and drive the next phase of expansion in the region.
The Role:
- Lead and manage a Contentious Probate team in Birmingham
- Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships
- Advise on a broad range of Contentious Probate matters, including Disputed wills, trusts
- Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
- Drive business development and strengthen the firm’s presence in the Birmingham market
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
The Candidate:
- Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across Contentious Probate work
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
- Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development
- Capable of stepping into a leadership role within the office
