Your Role:

• End-to-End Freight: Manage the full lifecycle of global imports and exports across Air, Sea, and Road.
• Supply Chain Synergy: Act as the main link between overseas agents, shipping lines, and transport teams.
• Customs & Compliance: Handle customs entries and regulatory paperwork smoothly for hassle-free border crossings.
• Client Management: Provide proactive updates and creative problem-solving for key customer accounts.
• Financial Control: Manage job files with a commercial mindset, ensuring accurate costing, invoicing, and margin protection.

What You Need:

• Experience: 2+ years in a fast-paced UK freight forwarding environment.
• Systems: Hands-on experience with CargoWise, MultiFreight, or similar software.
• Compliance: Strong understanding of current UK customs procedures and trade regulations.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail and sharp problem-solving abilities under pressure.
