Senior Cyber Claims Handler
London/ Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary – up to £80,000 plus benefits
A leading global insurance broker is looking to hire a Senior Cyber Claims Handler to join its expanding Financial Lines Specialty Claims team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing Cyber claims division, handling a broad portfolio of complex and emerging Cyber losses across predominantly US wholesale business, alongside large UK retail corporate accounts.
Due to continued growth within the Cyber market and an increasing volume of high-profile risks entering the portfolio, the team is looking to appoint an additional handler to support the wider function and help manage a growing portfolio of work.
The Role
- You’ll work closely with an experienced Cyber Claims leader, supporting on a varied portfolio of Cyber losses.
- Managing a portfolio of Cyber claims from notification through to resolution
- Supporting clients through complex and often high-pressure incidents
- Working directly with brokers, insurers and directly with clients
- Handling a mix of US wholesale and UK retail Cyber claims
This is a highly visible role where you will have direct exposure to clients and brokers from day one (depending on level of experience).
Experience:
The business is open-minded on background, with culture fit and attitude being key.
- Exposure to US business or UK Claims
- Experience handling Cyber Claims required, however candidates with a genuine interest in the Cyber market who are actively looking to move into the space are also encouraged to apply. (proven Cyber interest will need to be provided)
- Experience across Financial Institutions to include Professional Indemnity, D&O, Management Liability and Medical Malpractice
