I’m currently partnering with a highly respected planning consultancy in Birmingham that is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an MRTPI-qualified planner who wants exposure to some of the UK’s most exciting residential, commercial, mixed-use and regeneration schemes while being part of a collaborative and commercially driven environment.

The successful candidate will:
• Lead and manage a varied portfolio of planning projects.
• Prepare planning applications, appeals and strategic representations.
• Provide commercially focused advice to clients.
• Work closely with local authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend client meetings, consultations and committees.
• Support junior planners and contribute to team growth.
What they’re looking for:
• MRTPI qualified.
• Consultancy or private sector planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Experience across residential, commercial or regeneration projects.
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills.
