About the Company:
A well-established, internationally connected insurance and reinsurance brokerage with a strong London presence and specialist expertise across complex commercial risks. The position offers broad exposure across commercial lines and would suit someone looking to step into a more visible London market environment while developing alongside a growing function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing across an established UK commercial portfolio, giving you ownership of client delivery from start to finish
- Handle both client-facing work and market broking activity, providing wider technical exposure across the placement process
- Support senior brokers by taking ownership of core account handling responsibilities, improving responsiveness and client service levels
- Work across a broad range of commercial risks including D&O, liability, commercial combined and office policies, developing well-rounded market knowledge
- Build relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders, strengthening your London market exposure and commercial understanding
- Contribute ideas around process improvement and future growth plans as the team continues to evolve
Requirements:
- Background within commercial insurance broking, account handling or account executive work
- Comfortable managing renewals, MTAs and ongoing servicing responsibilities within a brokerage environment
- Exposure to a range of commercial lines including areas such as liability, D&O or commercial combined risks
- Confident communicating with both clients and insurers throughout the placement and servicing process
- Motivated by joining a smaller team environment where you can take on responsibility quickly and broaden your exposure
If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
