Commercial Property Senior Associate / Legal Director


We are supporting a national full service law firm seeking a Senior Associate /Legal Director to join its Real Estate team. This is a strategic hire within a growing department working on large-scale commercial and development property matters. Ideal for someone looking to take ownership of high-value work, gain exposure to major projects and progress quickly within a collaborative team.


Role & Responsibilities

• Manage development-focused transactions: acquisitions, disposals, funding

• Advise on commercial property matters and development projects

• Draft and negotiate development agreements

• Work closely with planning, construction and tax teams

• Maintain strong relationships with developers, landowners and investors

• Balance independent case management with teamwork


Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in commercial property and development work

• Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving approach

• Able to manage matters independently with attention to detail

• Confident communicator with strong client skills

• Collaborative, proactive and ambition to progress
