Your Role Will Involve
- Working with a team of architects, designers and technologists across several sectors.
- Developing coordinated and compliant technical information that supports efficient construction and building operation.
- Contributing to our sustainable design approach, with a focus on reducing embodied and operational carbon.

What You’ll Bring

- Clear communication skills when working with clients, consultants and fellow Spacers.
- A good understanding of industry regulations, standards and legislative requirements, and how these are applied in practice.
- A good understanding of specification writing.
- Problem-solving skills, initiative and the technical knowledge to support project delivery alongside other Spacers.
- A responsible approach to duties appropriate to your role and level of experience.
- A commitment to working in line with the business vision and values, supporting both practice-wide and individual objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- An HND or HNC in Building Design/Architectural Technology, Degree Apprenticeship in Design (construction related), BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology or a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Awareness of quality management, CDM Health and Safety regulations.
- A sound understanding of Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office.
