The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic PR Account Director to lead client accounts, inspire teams, and drive high-impact campaigns. You’ll be the senior point of contact for key clients, responsible for shaping strategy, ensuring exceptional delivery, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and results
• Develop and implement integrated PR strategies and campaigns
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Provide strategic counsel and handle high-level communications challenges
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Drive new business opportunities, including pitches and proposals
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI

About You

• Proven experience in a PR agency at Senior Account Director / Account Director level
• Strong media relations and a deep understanding of the communications landscape
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

This role offers 1 to 2 days of remote working per week.
