Location: London City Centre – hybrid

Salary: £80,000+ (plus bonus)

Experience: 4 PQE+

OVERVIEW

Join a Top 100 law firm with a highly regarded Private Client team. The practice is known for handling high-quality international work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on a broad range of high-quality offshore private client matters including international tax and estate planning
• Advising UK resident and non-UK resident individuals on cross-border wealth structuring and succession planning
• Assisting with the establishment and administration of trusts and other wealth-holding structures
• Drafting wills, trust deeds, and related documentation with international considerations
• Advising clients relocating to or from the UK on legal and tax implications
• Project managing complex restructuring of assets, including UK property acquisitions and disposals
• Working closely with international advisers including lawyers, accountants, trustees, and family offices
• Working alongside onshore and disputes teams
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor with 4PQE+ in Private Client
• Strong experience advising on offshore or international private client matters
• Proven exposure to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
• Solid technical knowledge of trusts, tax, succession planning, and cross-border issues
• STEP qualification (or working towards) advantageous
• Able to manage complex matters with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Motivated to develop professionally within a leading Private Client practice
