A leading Legal 500 national firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its established team.
This Private Client Solicitor opportunity offers high-quality HNW work, a strong referral network and clear progression within a well-regarded, full-service firm.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
- Advise HNW clients on inheritance tax, succession and wealth planning
- Handle complex estates and trust structuring matters
- Support clients on LPAs and Court of Protection issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with partners on high-value and technical matters
- Contribute to business development and networking activity
- Support the continued growth of the Private Client team
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with strong private client experience
- Solid technical expertise across trusts, probate and tax matters
- Commercial and client-focused approach
- Experience working with HNW clients
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Ambitious with a desire to progress
