The Role
You will work on a broad range of private client matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
The role offers strong client exposure, close support from experienced Partners, and genuine long-term progression opportunities within a growing department.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- NQ+ PQE within Private Client law
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
- A proactive and personable approach
