About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSEQ Manager to lead and develop our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management systems across our organisation.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across both office and construction site operations.

This is an office-based role with regular travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and systems

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards

• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 18001 management systems and certifications

• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and certification bodies

• Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives across the business

• Deliver HSEQ training and support managers across all departments

• Monitor HSEQ performance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities

• Support operations across the UK and Ireland

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an HSEQ management role within construction, retail, or a similar operational environment

• Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Passionate about promoting a positive safety and quality culture

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Full UK driving licence
