Our client is looking for a dynamic and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join their Medical Affairs team. In this highly visible field-based role, you will act as a strategic scientific partner to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs), helping to shape medical understanding and support evidence-based clinical practice across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of science, communication, and collaboration — particularly within a fast-paced environment supporting new product launches and lifecycle management activities.
What You’ll Do
As an MSL, you will serve as the scientific bridge between our client and the medical community, delivering high-quality medical engagement and insight generation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals
- Delivering scientific and medical information related to products, therapeutic areas, and clinical data
- Leading scientific discussions and educational meetings with external stakeholders
- Responding to medical and scientific enquiries from healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams
- Gathering field insights to support medical strategy, commercial planning, and patient-focused initiatives
- Supporting advisory boards, congresses, and medical education activities
- Identifying, developing, and training scientific speakers
- Developing scientific tools and training materials for internal and external audiences
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Pharmacovigilance, and Medical Information teams
- Supporting medical publications, CME activities, HEOR initiatives, and investigator-led research opportunities
- Mentoring and supporting onboarding of new MSL colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a MSL
- A strong scientific communicator with excellent relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for advancing medical knowledge
- Degree in a life sciences discipline
- An advanced degree or MSL certification is an advantage
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Academic or clinical research experience is highly valued
