The Role:


  • Leading and growing the Real Estate practice in Manchester
  • Driving business development and originating new client relationships
  • Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
  • Acting for local clients alongside major national and international organisations
  • Working collaboratively with partners across the UK and global offices
  • Developing junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
  • Playing an active role in office strategy and wider firm initiatives


The Candidate:


  • Established Real Estate Partner or Senior Legal Director
  • Strong track record in business development and client origination
  • Well connected and commercially aware, with the ability to grow a practice
  • Experience advising on complex commercial property matters
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and lead
  • Collaborative approach aligned with a modern, people‑first culture
  • Comfortable working across both local and international mandates
  • Passion for developing teams and mentoring talent
