The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a team of 5 marine technicians (across varying levels), leading the technical function across Marine Hull, War, Cargo, and some Aviation risks.
You’ll be:
- The go-to technical authority for the marine team
- Working closely with brokers and senior stakeholders
- Driving standards, process improvements, and quality
- Having real input into how the technical function evolves as the business grows
