A leading private equity-backed boutique is seeking a Family Law Partner Solicitor in Liverpool to head up its established office. This role arises due to succession planning, with the current Head of Office retiring, creating a rare opportunity to take over a well-performing team and drive its next phase of growth.
The Role:
- Lead and manage a family team in Liverpool
- Take over an established caseload and client base
- Advise on divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
- Handle complex, privately funded cases for HNW clients
- Drive business development and continued office growth
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and performance
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
The Candidate:
- Senior Family Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
- Strong technical expertise across private family law
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Commercially astute with strong client skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and growth-focused
- Capable of stepping into a Head of Office role
