MacGregor Black are partnering with a Food and Beverage Manufacturing Business, looking for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a 9-12 month FTC. Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of P&L for a portfolio of key retail and branded foodservice customers, ensuring delivery of annual targets and alignment with longer-term strategy.
  • Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major customers, covering product, price, promotion, and placement.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and trading terms with senior stakeholders, driving profitable growth across coffee and equipment.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities by leveraging market insights, category trends, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical, and international teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
  • Drive process improvements, optimise account management practices, and influence ways of working both internally and externally.
  • Represent the business in senior-level customer meetings, trade events, and industry forums.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in national account management within FMCG, ideally managing Top 4 Grocery retailers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering growth and managing complex P&Ls.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong business development and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and resilient with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience in coffee, beverages, or foodservice categories is advantageous, particularly with coffee machines.
  • Degree-level education (or equivalent).

Salary: £70k plus benefits
