Commercial Energy Sales Executive | Up to £50k + £90k OTE | West London
An established independent energy supplier is building out its mid-market division and needs a commercially driven sales professional to help lead that growth.
This isn’t a broker role. You’ll be selling direct to I-&C customers (0.25–25 GWh), owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and playing a key role in establishing the mid-market function as a serious revenue stream.
The package: Up to £50,000 base | £90,000 OTE | West London (2-3 days per week in office)
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and winning new commercial electricity and gas customers
- Running complex tenders end-to-end — enquiry through to contract
- Building tailored proposals and pricing structures alongside the wider commercial team
- Managing an active pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Helping shape the mid-market division’s growth strategy from an early stage
What we’re looking for:
- Proven B2B sales background — energy or utilities
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to price deals and structure propositions
- Confident communicator — credible at boardroom level, persuasive in writing
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting — comfortable being part of something being built
