- Are in their final year of teacher training with placements completed, or
- Have completed a teaching degree and training in UK schools
- Can demonstrate clear, confident, and strong communication skills in a classroom setting
- Are passionate about inspiring young people and making a positive impact in secondary education
- Are committed, adaptable, and keen to develop their teaching practice
