IN HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL – CENTRAL BELT 5 YRS PQE +

HYBRID – 1-2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

This is a genuinely broad commercial role offering far more than just commercial contracts work. The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of interesting procurement and commercial matters, including:

• Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts

• Advising on procurement and tender processes

• Developing tender specifications for services

• Managing procurement challenges

• Supporting supplier performance management and wider commercial issues

The organisation is looking for a qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE and strong relevant commercial and procurement experience. Equally important is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

SALARY: c£65 – £75,000 depending on experience.
