Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Solicitor to join our team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days on site), based in Kings Cross, London, you will handle a diverse caseload and provide expert legal advice in various disciplines. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients, drafting legal documents, managing cases, conducting negotiations, and representing clients in courts or tribunals. As part of the JFH Law team, you will work collaboratively to achieve excellent results for clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in contract and commercial matters.
- Expertise in commercial and partnership law including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- knowledge of employment Law, with the ability to handle workplace disputes and employment contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid practicing certificate to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or dental sector is a plus.
