A top tier Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Liverpool to join its growing specialist team.
As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Liverpool, you’ll handle a varied caseload of complex property and affairs matters while working alongside a highly reputable and experienced team.

The Role
- Managing a caseload of Court of Protection property and affairs matters
- Handling complex and high-value applications
- Liaising with clients, families and professional advisors
- Supporting vulnerable clients with practical and financial matters
- Working alongside senior colleagues on complex cases
- Ensuring high standards of client care and service
- Managing deadlines and delivering work efficiently
- Supporting wider team development
The Candidate
- 2–5 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
- Experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work
- Knowledge of property and affairs matters desirable
- Strong technical ability and financial awareness
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware and proactive approach
- Experience within a high street or regional firm
