Licensing Officer

I am currently assisting my client in the Southwest identify a Licensing Officer to support them for the next 6 months.

• Role: Licensing Officer
• Rate: Negotiable
• Hours: 37hrs per week
• Working Pattern: Hybrid
• Start Date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of Licensed premises and vehicles to ensure compliance with licenced conditions
• Process all types of licensing applications and temporary event notices
• Investigate complaints and support enforcement action where necessary
• Prepare reports of Licensing Sub -Committee hearings and attend hearings

Essential skills:

• Strong knowledge of Licensing Act 2003
• Ability to manage your own case load
• Vast experience in preparing reports and attending Licensing Sub – Committee hearings.
