Office Administrator & Sales Assistant

Join our Coventry team in a key desk-based role supporting our growing Renewables division (Solar PV & Heat Pumps). We are seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant to manage our project administration and handle proactive, office-based sales calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Calling: Call inbound leads, generate initial estimates using an online tool, and proactively follow up on outstanding solar and heat pump proposals.
  • Project Administration: Manage project lifecycles from start to finish, complete DNO applications, log jobs into the CRM, order parts, and process invoices/payments.
  • Office Coordination: Handle day-to-day phone inquiries, manage schedules, and provide customer support for both our renewables and heating divisions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in office administration, project coordination, or customer service.
  • Confident and professional phone skills for proactive lead follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency.
  • An interest in the renewable energy sector (full product training provided).
