The Opportunity:
The Head of Visual Services plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Visual Operations to ensure the smooth, efficient and commercially effective running of all visual departments across 72Point.
This role has day-to-day operational ownership of PinPep, Oath and Video, overseeing departmental management, production coordination and client liaison, while helping to drive growth, quality and consistency across all visual outputs.
Approximately 30% of the role is sales‑focused, with responsibility for elevating the visual offering to attract, convert and retain larger brand‑direct clients. The Head of Visual Services will work closely with Sales, the Director of Visual Operations and senior stakeholders, acting as a commercial and creative lead for visual services, helping shape propositions, pitch into brand opportunities and grow long‑term client relationships.
The Head of Visual Services will act as a senior operational lead, stepping in for the Director of Visual Operations where required, and contributing to commercial performance, business development support, thought leadership and brand-led growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Support the Director of Visual Operations in overseeing all visual operations across PinPep, Oath Studio and Video.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and running of the individual visual departments.
- Ensure operational excellence across workflows, processes and delivery.
- Monitor output, capacity, deadlines and quality across all visual teams.
Production Management & Coordination
- Oversee production management and coordination across all visual departments.
- Ensure excellent communication between clients, production teams and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain oversight of project delivery to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to agreed standards.
- Support efficient resource allocation and workload planning across teams.
Client Liaison & Campaign Delivery
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients across visual projects where required.
- Attend and support brand-direct client meetings, working alongside the Director of Visual Operations.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of client experience and proactive communication.
- Support the integration of visual outputs into wider client campaigns.
Sales, Growth & Brand Elevation
- Act as a senior commercial lead for visual services, working closely with Sales and senior leadership to grow brand‑direct revenue.
- Help position, package and elevate the visual department to appeal to larger, more complex brand clients.
- Attend, support and where appropriate lead brand‑direct client meetings, pitches and proposals, representing visual capabilities with confidence and authority.
- Work collaboratively with Sales to identify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell and visual‑led growth within existing and new accounts.
- Contribute to the development of visual propositions, pricing approaches and case studies that support brand‑led sales.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team on visual solutions, feasibility and creative strategy.
- Support pipeline growth by helping convert creative and visual opportunities into long‑term client relationships.
PinPep Brand & Lead Measures Support
- Actively support delivery of PinPep’s weekly targets and lead measures, including outreach, online presence and thought leadership.
- Encourage brand-first thinking across the PinPep team.
People Management & Team Development
- Support and oversee Heads of Department and senior team members within PinPep, Oath and Video.
- Help develop team capability, confidence and leadership.
- Promote collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Model strong leadership behaviours aligned with 72Point values.
Skills & Experience:
Professional
- Proven experience in a senior or management role within a creative, production or visual environment.
- Strong operational and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of managing production workflows and client delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with tools such as Photoshop and Canva is beneficial.
Commercial & Sales
- Demonstrable experience supporting or leading brand‑direct client growth.
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, scope and margin considerations.
- Confidence working alongside sales teams and pitching visual services to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to spot and develop opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell and long‑term client value.
Proactive
- Strong understanding of people, consumers and brand-led storytelling.
- Confident working autonomously while supporting senior leadership.
