A specialist private client practice is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor in Little Packington at Senior Associate or Partner level. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate seeking to step up to Partner within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role
- Manage a high-quality caseload including wills, trusts and estate planning
- Advise HNW clients on tax, succession and wealth structuring
- Handle complex estates and trust matters
- Play a key role in developing and growing the Private Client offering
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Drive business development and expand the client base
- Work closely with leadership on strategic growth plans
- Support growth of the Private Client team in Little Packington
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with strong private client experience
- Operating at Senior Associate level or already a Partner
- Able and motivated to step into a Partner position
- Strong technical expertise across trusts, probate and tax
- Commercial and client-focused approach
- Proven ability to win or develop client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious with a desire to build and grow a practice
