This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a large, multi-site function and play a key role in driving performance, transformation, and customer outcomes.
Hybrid (2 days in office – South West UK)
£55,000 – £65,000 + car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits
You’ll lead a sizeable operation across internal teams and UK-based partners, ensuring collections activity is efficient, compliant, and customer-focused. This is a highly visible role with real influence across operations, strategy, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large, diverse operational team
- Own collections performance, KPIs, and service delivery outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and embed new ways of working
- Act as a key operational lead on transformation and change initiatives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management standards are met
- Build strong relationships with external delivery partners

- Proven leadership experience within large-scale operations
- Background in collections, customer operations, or similar environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience delivering change in fast-paced, evolving businesses
